Thank you for placing an order with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you wish to request for a refund or replacement, please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Digital goods
Premium creator
Premium creator is eligible for a full refund if all the required conditions below are met.
- You haven’t finished making any creations using that Premium creator (clicking on the green check mark and naming the creation are counted as finishing making a creation).
- You submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase.
High resolution digital artwork
We do not offer any refund or replacement for digital artwork ((personal and commercial license)) once purchased.
Physical goods
We offer 4 types of refund for physical goods paid by debit/credit cards. Please determine which type of refund you wish to request and make sure the required conditions are met.
- Request for refund takes 3-5 business days for us to review and respond.
- If your refund request is eligible and has been approved by us, we will issue a full refund immediately and the fund will be sent back to the bank that issued your debit/credit card. It is then up to the bank's process and responsibility to post the fund. Please note that the processing time varies between card-issuing banks.
- Debit card issuing-banks usually process the refunded amount between 5-10 business days.
- Credit card issuing-banks usually process the refunded amount in their next billing cycle.
Type 1: Goods have not been fulfilled
Physical goods are eligible for full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
Please make sure you submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase and provide us all required information including:
- Order number
- Registered email address
