Digital goods

Premium creator

Premium creator is eligible for a full refund if all the required conditions below are met.

  1. You haven’t finished making any creations using that Premium creator (clicking on the green check mark and naming the creation are counted as finishing making a creation).
  2. You submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase.

High resolution digital artwork

We do not offer any refund or replacement for digital artwork ((personal and commercial license)) once purchased.

Physical goods

We offer 4 types of refund for physical goods paid by debit/credit cards. Please determine which type of refund you wish to request and make sure the required conditions are met.

Type 1: Goods have not been fulfilled

Physical goods are eligible for full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Please make sure you submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase and provide us all required information including:

  1. Order number
  2. Registered email address
